The Buffalo Observer recently discovered this lost video footage of Terrell Owens resisting arrest on Steven Seagal’s now canceled reality show “Lawman”. It is unclear exactly why Owens is being arrested, but one thing is for sure… TO isn’t “Above the Law”.
